What the advisor uses

The advisor works with hosting amounts, planning details and inventory files that you choose to provide in ChatGPT or Codex. Its bundled scripts perform calculations and inspect a specified CSV in the execution environment. They make no network requests and do not send conversation content, inventory files, video URLs or analysis results to NovaPath.

Collection, recipients and retention

NovaPath does not receive or store inputs through the plugin and has no plugin input database or retention period for them. The plugin does not require an account, collect email addresses, add tracking identifiers or run advertising analytics. ChatGPT or Codex handles conversations, uploads, execution files and retention under your account settings and the platform's own policies. NovaPath does not control that processing.

If you visit this guide, our hosting infrastructure receives the ordinary request information needed to serve the page, such as network address and request headers. The guide's calculator runs in your browser; its inputs are not submitted to our servers and are not saved by the page. Infrastructure providers may maintain operational logs under their own service settings and policies. We do not add a plugin-specific visitor profile or behavioral tracking database.

Your choices

You can use the advisor without visiting our website, omit inventory files, remove confidential columns before uploading, and manage or delete conversations and files using the controls available in ChatGPT or Codex. Do not provide passwords, access tokens, payment card information, private signed URLs or personal information about people appearing in videos.

Contact hello@getnovapath.com for questions, corrections or privacy requests. If you choose to email, your message and address are delivered through email services to NovaPath for handling your request; they are separate from the plugin. Include only the details needed to resolve your question. Ask us to delete your support correspondence when it is no longer needed, subject to any applicable recordkeeping requirements.

This notice describes the advisor package and its informational guide. It does not cover a separate service purchase, video hosting account or migration engagement.
