Do I need to replace every video myself?
NovaPath handles replacement across the websites in your agreed scope. We use scripts and bulk methods where the platform supports them. Some site builders and custom blocks still require individual updates and checks.
Can you move everything from Vimeo?
We migrate files the account allows us to access. Captions, thumbnails, chapters, privacy controls and external links are reviewed during discovery; they may need separate handling. Videos with unavailable sources or custom integrations need a confirmed plan before work starts.
What does a delivered minute mean?
It is video data delivered to viewers, including buffering and preloading. It is not always the same as minutes actually watched. Your $79 plan includes 20,000 delivered minutes each month, with extra delivery at $3 per 1,000 minutes, prorated.
Who owns the videos, and can we leave?
You retain ownership of your content. NovaPath manages the hosting service. Hosting is month-to-month with 30 days' written notice; export and transition arrangements are documented at kickoff. Keep a copy of original video files for your records.
Which hosting platform do you use?
Cloudflare Stream is our proposed default for encoding and delivery. We confirm the provider and required privacy controls with you before moving content. NovaPath is your contact for the managed service.
Will there be ads or a public video channel?
The service uses an embedded commercial video player, rather than an ad-supported public channel. Playback and access settings are configured for your website requirements. Domain restrictions are separate from viewer authentication.

Choose priority migration when timing matters. We confirm the date after reviewing your library, website access and exportable source files. Keep your current host active until verification is complete.
